The primary guest is the only person recognized for the entire stay. This means that all responsibilities—including any damages, extra fees, and guest behavior—fall under their name. If a third party books for their behalf, the responsibility will fall on the booking coordinator unless they explicitly stated otherwise.
This setup ensures that all communication and accountability are streamlined. The primary guest must provide an estimate of visitors, especially if there are extra attendees beyond those staying overnight. While we don’t limit the number of guests, room capacities should be considered for a comfortable stay.
